2 eggs "fried" in pam, toast, coffee

Hi, Betty, Beverly, and everyone.
coffee with 1 T. FF 1/2 & 1/2
Monster Cookie:
1/3 cup (30 g) oatmeal 1 T. flour 1/3 cup (30 g) nonfat dry milk powder 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 T. Splenda granular, or other sweetener 1 T. raisins scant 1/4 cup (60 g) unswt. applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Spray a nonstick cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir together all dry ingredients. Add other ingredients. Mix & mash together.
Spoon a large mound onto prepared cookie sheet. Spread it out a little bit into a big round cookie shape.
Bake for 15-20 min, until golden brown on edges.
Serves 1.
NOTES:
- Store nonfat dry milk powder in refrigerator or freezer. It will taste better much longer. - Very big and filling. Also contains 14 grams of protein! - Nice On-the-Go Breakfast, can be done ahead of time (night before).
