If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT tracked everything...nice OP day πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal did five more of each exercise today βοΈ Track my weight daily <155.8> π Do something nice for myself or someone else Tried the sample lipstick sent in the package by my daughter then sent a photo of me IN the lipstick to my sister and daughter...not sure if that was something nice for me or for them or for all of us?
No side effects with the flu shot. Have leftovers for lunch. I have a good book to read and am going to enjoy being warm and cozy inside as it is overcast today.
Karen - Sorry so much has been happening in your life to keep you busy but glad to see you and your goals. Looking forward to your posts.
Pam - On days you don't do the total gym workout...can you do stretches or something else that takes less time that would make you feel good?
Carol - Decluttering is hard work but so rewarding!

Good morning! Overcast here too and cool, but seasonable. Tracked Got great sleep Fell short on steps Hydration ok but needs to be better. Tweaking my other goal to include staying on top of what needs to be done whether it's items on my to-do list or decluttering. I always feel good checking off items and getting things done! A better goal. No huge progress yesterday but I didn't avoid anything either. All good! Thanks Pam! That facial must have felt really great! Glad you didn't react to the flu shot Cathy and there's nothing better than finding a good lipstick! Regards to everyone!
