Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

i was very lucky yesterday.ZAfter work the agency that cleans sent a worker and her 25 year old son. They built the desk which was complicated and then the bike. Today I did 20 minutes on it this morning.

I have been walking at lunch and also trying to watch what I bring for lunch at work. I did really well this week.

Yesterday after 2 dysof pizza I binged. yesterday. I was very anxious about the desk and bike and did it before they came. So today I will gain a lot at WW.ButI am starting over today. I love recumbent bikes. It is magnetic And I can still do the video and treadmill too.resistance.
