AOTD:
Sun is predicted, and the snow is melting. Hopefully we'll be able to get out for church and to run a few errands.
On weekends when we don't have special plans, I do take time to prep. Yesterday I cleaned out the veggie drawer and made a big pot of veggie soup. What a treat on a snowy day!
For fun spent time reading and watching an NCIS marathon yesterday.

Nothing much - going to talk to children and grandchildren on Skype in the evening.

Not usually since the days are mine to do with as I please

What plans do you have for today?
I'm going to plant some flower seeds. I'll do it out in my greenhouse where it gets much warmer than the outside temperature. However I'll bring them in the house where the temperature is more steady until they get to growing.

Not usually. I plan as I go.
What did you do for fun this weekend?
Nothing really "fun." I planted seeds yesterday too, then went in to town for Mass, then had supper in town.

No, I really don't do that. I don't have to anymore. I did make a large batch of spaghetti sauce yesterday and will freeze some.
What did you do for fun this weekend?
I didn't feel good at all yesterday. I can't stand humidity and I think that was it. I just decided I don't feel well so really took it easy. Okay I can find some fun
I watched the birds at the feeders; I was so grateful for all the dogwood trees around me in bloom; I talked to my DD#2 on the phone a long time. There sometimes it is hard to see the good that is all around me!

Good morning all.
What plans do you have for today? I did outside stuff yesterday, so will be inside today. I weeded part of my flower bed- seems to be never ending ! Also went to a plant sale and bought a couple of plants. Got in a nice walk in the afternoon.
Do you spend time on the weekend prepping for the week ahead? I am going to cook up some frozen meatballs and some peppers and onions. Then they will be ready to add to different dishes. Pam, you veggie drawer soup sounds good. Would be a good way to get rid of some not so fresh veggies.
What did you do for fun this weekend? Plant sale was fun and I do enjoy being out in the garden, even if there are weeds.

Plans for today: Not much, just doing some laundry, & getting ready for my trip next week. We are there for 2 wks, so we take quite a few clothes, though there is a washer/dryer in the unit.
Prepping for the week: Not a lot as I don't work & usually just do what I want each day. My groceries are low as I am trying to get the fridge cleaned out before I leave. I am planning on grilling some chicken & pork chops today, I will make enough for a couple of days.
Fun this weekend? Nothing really, just church last nite & eating out afterward.

Plans - organizing and planning for work week ahead. Volunteering this afternoon for a couple of hours. It's raining here today, so no outdoor stuff today.
Prepping - yes, I'd like to get some fruit cut up, washed for the first few days of the week.
Fun - had a chance to spend a couple of hours with a college friend on Saturday lunch and some browsing/shopping. Not sure what the rest of today will hold.

No. I am on medical leave after having a hysterectomy. So taking it day by day.
