Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I had to throw the nutrisystem breakfasts and snacks. i instead ordered 2 vegetarian chiles each a day I have order monthly 62 vegetarian chiles alacart. it is the most fiber and protein and each is 5 points for 10 points a day. I have to finish the dinners and lunches I have. I was eating too may breakfast muffins and snacks yesterday. They are not that nutritious. it is easier than cooking. And provides portion control. forth nutrisystem vegetarian chile. And eat is200 calories.

What i eat altogether a day would come to 37 points. with the vegetarian chile.,

Today is my Dson's 38th birthday. Gee time passes way too fast.
Close to hitting my 10K steps. Yesterday I did not make it, but that's okay.
