Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Fri -self appreciation
Sat -5 servings fruits&veggies

whatever you called on the bike incline on the treadmill I did it. 30 minutes on the bikeeee. I love the recumbent bike because of my balance it is betterfforme. I justndidd 30 minutes. I go to hospital with Kay a anurse from Gateway to find out the results and to get a breast exam. Igot sleep last night. Tuesday I was up all night. I took my medication last night. My chili will ccccccccome Friday. I love iti ot oso 5 points and fots in to te 34 I eat dailyh

I just did the treadmill at 2.5mph for 25 minutes a little more than a mile. That is as fast as I am capable

Amy, that's great that you are enjoying you recumbent bike!
Somehow my WIs over time have gotten lost so I re-entered them. After creeping up for a couple weeks, I have been creeping downward so hopefully I am still in a new decade, preferably well into a new decade.
I made it to the gym last night for leg weight machines, 15 minutes on the rowing machine and a spinning class. I hope to do a repeat performance tonight after work but with arm machines instead of leg weight machines!
