hi all I go to WW tomorrow . Ilost from Tuesday at the doctor where I was 215. I am not going to work . It will hurt woe with copays and paying a Medicare premium. I am so excited 4 1/4cups of peas steamed. and 3 5 oz cans of chicken of the sea white tuna. and 8 tums a day. I can. lose weight on this. my cholesterol was high and so di told my doctor would wait and. eat better.

My Dr kept after me about taking cholesterol med but I kept thinking I could do it if I just would follow my plan. Of course I didnt and it kept going up. Finally I started to take it and I had both good thyroid and cholesterol readings.
I hate taking meds and still fight with myself about it

my doctor talked about cholesterol med too. am going to Ww next week because I could not go yesterday. I going to eat 8 high fiber oatmeal packets 1200 calories. I have moms pantry which I would like to get fruit. I have 8 tums a c]

Brenda I tried to exercise on my health Rider both knees really hurt. I guess the best would be the treadmill. I go march 28 to the pain clinic and I want ablations on both knees.

I am not sure I wil go to WW except with Bar the first week of April. We get our SSA April 11cause the 3rd is a weekend. I am getting 7 meals a day from my public eco from Moms meals. I am going to use that as may one main meal and by salad. and salad dressing the rest of the day.

I just went at 1.5 mph. my knees hurt anywa. I did today fo rate first time segments .6 segments off 20 minutes at 11.5 40 minute miles I did 3 miles I will shoot for this every day. I can do 20 minutes at a time for 20 minutes in 6 segments.

Good Morning!
Getting back on track with my eating habits. I think I am just bored with food as a whole
The baby is doing well. My Daughter-in law Carol has maternity leave from work so despite the pain from her Caesarian section she is enjoying being home with the baby. Fortunately Sam works from home and is able to help along with their 2 kids who are 10 and 14.

That's wonderful MO. I started over today. Alex my cat worker said I should lower calories to lose weight. ai eat a high fiber pack of oatmeal for breakfast have four more meals with 2 5 oz cans of tuna in 4 containers. This week there was a sale on grapes. But usually I will et lo0w callorie apple sauce half cups 6 in a package. They are less expensive . Then I have a dMoms delivery service for 7 meals a week. that meals has agedly of vegetable and a small portion of macaroni and cheese. But 380 calories and 6 fiber grams the oatmeal 10 and the applesauce 7 The grapes have more and I will eat them this weeks as a treat. I am glad I get a hot Mal a day from my public MCO. today a worker here we worked on the kitchen organization which really helped me. I am glad we did that. My intercom was fixed too. I am so happy. I have aanagency that emails me the schedule and the workers I like come. I only said 2 workers I don't want to work with. satah two comes Friday is the ytongest. She is good ate helping me organize papers and other things.

My knees really hurt to exercise. I am going to a pain clinic. I may want knee operations in each knee instead of ablations . I talk to a doctor tomorrow. Someoe in this building had her knees replace and is doing really well. I know I would have to lose weight to do that. I know I will now.

I like 6 meals and now I can do that. My hot meal is 12 points and oatmeal ions 4. so I get 18 points. But the fruit and other tuna is 0 points. I did not subtract from the 380 the hot vegetable portionbecaus I could not find that out. But this is the lowest calorie count of any of Moms meals Ive had yet. I am also on the way to pay my loan from my credit Union by December 2022. Ive paid my rent through November . Paid the taxi through the year. paid my utilities for the year. I was give that money by a trust to use from Stable. IU still have to get some paratransit tickets. too. My brother is sending 80 dollars to Stable a month through November./ That money will help me pay rent in December. I asked him if he could pay 90 to sStable or 100 starting in December. I don't know if he will but it would help a lot.
