How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Bob: Cleaning and tidying can work up a sweat so with all the riding and weight lifting and tidying I am sure you had plenty of exercise. Hope you have no trouble finding what you hid Everyone else - hope you are enjoying the holidays! I am going to my friend's funeral today. We may have three full cars of women who knew her going to pay respects.

Yeah, that didn't happen. I knew it wouldn't. Got to about 2500 steps. LOL!
Today I'll try to hit my 10k. Didn't go to weightlifting class. There's a small chance of going to the class tonight.
