Good morning goils and thanks for starting us, Suzanne! My fitness day was a stinker. First of all, I left my FitBit in my bathrobe pocket all day. To top it off, I tweaked my back doing an old Mari Winsor Pilates workout using a stability ball and had to cut the workout short. Sigh! Daily Affirmation - I am fulfilling my goal of tracking Monday-Friday. Fitness Report - GROAN! Health Goal - keep bumping up plant intake and bumping down carb intake. Gratitude - a glorious day before the rains come in.

Aw shucks Suzanne I hate that! I know you wrote some beautiful things, too. I walked longer today at lunch! No bird sightings but I could hear lots of singing and chirping.

Daily Affirmation - Every step counts (whether you wear your Fitbit or not, LOL) Fitness report - Circuit class at the Y Health Goal - Easy on the carbs, drink more water Gratitude - for feeling interested in lots of things and having some time to do some of them
Can’t remember who asked….I live near Rochester NY. I’m the one near Highland Park (the one in Rochester, that has all the lilacs).
