The Mind🌷Body🌷Spirit connection emphasis is creating balance, wholeness, and coherence in our lives. It acknowledges that how we think, what we feel, and what we believe create the life we live and the world around us.
Let's get started! We'll post:
Daily Affirmation Fitness Goal or report Health Goal Gratitude

Good Morning, Angels: Weird that 2 of our messages have vaporized this week. Funny, thing is, my evaporated-message from yesterday wasn't an upbeat message. Maybe the force was with me. Or us. The Force of positivity…and it was keeping my grumpy message off this thread! LOL.
Pat: I hope your back is improving! Your mentioning your Fitbit being left in your bathrobe reminded me of the couple times that I washed mine in the washing machine. Still works!
So, I sat here at 1AM this morning, trying to recall my profound (ha ha) and evaporated message... Wednesday was an abysmal day, topped off by having to turn away a potential client after spending many hours reviewing her needs and how I could help her. Chalk it up to a learning experience and part of the cost of doing business. After some sage wisdom from a friend, and a good night’s sleep, I realized mine was the right decision. I trusted my gut. Here’s the good news: the next day (Thursday), I received two inquiries from potential new clients! The universe is looking out for me. Turning away a client was not an easy thing for me to do. I thought about checking in here at MBS for a little positive energy on Wednesday early-evening, but never got around to it. Instead, I consoled myself with, first, most of a bag of garlic-pepper crispy onions (meant to be a topper for salads). Then, for dinner, I got out DH’s family-size bag of granola and proceeded to eat it, mindlessly, by the handful. I really have no idea how much I ate but, I am guesstimating a good 44 points worth! I’d have been better off with wine!! I don’t drink alcohol much at all, primarily because its a waste of points to me. (I’d rather eat food.) But in this case - I’d have been better off!
The days have been cold and rainy and I need some plant therapy! But its not so much fun to plant-shop in the cold and rain! (I did anyway.)
Carol: You are right - we can do anything 15 minutes at a time. I should make THAT my daily goal.
Lisa: I hope you're getting better whether than we are.
Suzanne
Daily Affirmation: I know what is right for me. I trust my instinct. I choose what is right for me. Fitness report: I found my Fitbit charger and it is powered up. Fitness Goal: Move more. Sit less. Clip the Fitbit to my body! Health goal: Remove the garlic-pepper onion crunchies and granola from my sight. Gratitude: For knowing when to listen to myself.

Good morning my friends, TGIF! And best wishes to everyone in the "raining cats and dogs" zone. We don't have it yet, but it's on the way.
Suzanne, yes the universe is smiling on you. Our gut instincts generally do put us in the right place. Don't feel bad about your mindless nibbling, it happens to us all. It's a new day!
I had that I think Wednesday - came home from work and before I knew it, half a cup of peanuts was plopped in my gullet. I matter of factly wrote about it in my journal, a sort of discussion with myself. Not mean, just let's look at this, and what can we do next time.
Carol I had a nice long post get zapped recently, too!
Well, we are where we are this morning. It really is a "one day at a time" situation lately. But we have to be strong.
Daily Affirmation - a friend said this in another place where I post, and it hit home: "Today's emphasis was creating a sense of security and trust in things and realizing though we can't control many things in our lives, we will be OK."
Fitness Report - lunch walk, a little longer and a little stronger! And Margaret Richard for chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps, back and abs.
Health Goal - track 5 out of 5 days, keep up the increased plant foods.
Gratitude - like-minded friends to pull me through.
