Hi sunrose - I'm glad I could help you with getting that information. And I hope eating those foods will help with your arthritis pain. I wish I had something good to say about how I'm doing, but I don't I'm still hoping I can get myself together soon and get back on track. Hope everyone else is doing well

Hello!
Thank you for keeping this thread going! I needed to come back and just talk to people who get it.
I have been a hot mess. One of my kids groups had a 'falling out' earlier this week so I was trying to figure out what we were going to do since the group split into two - drama - and then my cat disappeared. He was gone for 3 days and let's just say that PMS and missing cat stress is not conducive to weight loss. He's home now, we are so relieved, so maybe I can undo some of this damage. I've been weighing every week and not making any progress. I mean I make some but then backslide, and start again. But my clothes aren't fitting. My BIG clothes aren't fitting. Of course I have the tub with the small clothes sitting there and I think every year, I'll fit into those next year. Well now I'd have to go out and buy BIGGER CLOTHES?! I think not.
I hope you're all having a better week than me!

sunrose49, Good morning! I'm glad the pt is helping, sorry it's not 100%. Today I weighed in. Ouch. I'm getting ready to go on a walk, but I didn't charge my phone... and no idea where my FitBit is... So let's just say it's not the smooth transition I was hoping for. Have a great day!

Hello Everyone - It's nice to see some posts in our thread irisinnia - I hope things work out with your kid's group and I'm happy your cat came home I can relate to everything you've said. My big clothes are starting to get tight too and I know what that means. I'm scared to get on the scale, I just hate seeing all my hard work being thrown away by my overeating I give you a lot of credit (and your should give it to yourself too) for weighing in. I hope that you'll be able to get back on track I loved wearing my Fitbit but the last one I bought I could never get it to set up - they are making them too confusing for me. I've looked at a few fitness trackers that are less complicated. I really just one to track steps and be a watch and showing heart rate would be nice. I don't need any other fancy stuff on mine. sunrose - I'm glad the PT is helping some and I sure hope you can get back to 100%. Have you tried eating any of those foods that are supposed to help with arthritis pain yet? I hope that helps some too. I had been getting lots of migraines and they mostly happened in the early afternoon after I'd had breakfast and hot tea that I put Equal in (I like sweet things). Something made me think that it could be the Equal causing the migraines so I stopped using it and I haven't had any of those type of migraines since. I guess my body just couldn't process that anymore. Sadly though I've changed over to putting sugar in my hot tea - I like to have one or two cups a day. So now I need to slowly use less sugar every few days and maybe I can get that cut back to a small amount. I sure need to get back to walking too, so I guess I'm going to have to set up a challenge for myself, that usually makes me do something every day. I wish all of us the best in this journey to take care of ourselves

Good morning
Cj59, I heard equal could cause headaches. Have you tried a little honey? I have bought a few of the food. I keep forgetting to have the green tea.
Irisinnia, my scale is an ouch too! Hang in there.
I have pt this morning.

Hi sunrose - Hope that your PT goes well today I used to drink a mixture of green tea and black tea, since I'd heard about the health benefits of them. I didn't care for the green tea by itself. Thanks for the suggestion of using honey, it probably wouldn't be my first choice - which is sugar Hope anyone checking in is doing well. Take care
