Friday - 30 minutes plus- 7.896 Steps running my weekly errands and 1/2 Yoga 6 Days HOF/SHOF
It sounds wonderful! What kind of vegetation do you have? Just wondering because we are in drought so there is nothing for honey bees to live off of which I figured out after taking a workshop. However the tiny bees, less than 1/8 inch, thrive on our huge pine trees. Tom Thumb would make a good beekeeper here. I learned LOTS from taking that workshop! I keep the birds feed and can hear them now chirping happily.

Saturday 50 minutes walking the ranch before it got warm this morning. Then we went to the farmers market in Acton. 7 Days HOF/SHOF We have lots of wild flowers, Texas cedar aka juniper and mesquite trees. My sister had bees when they were in Washington so she knows all about them. My niece was in FFA in high school so she's up to date on what needs to be done as well. Me? I know nothing. I'm just along for the ride.

You are so lucky to be living in a non drought area. Our bushes etc don't flower now because of the situation.

Sunday 50 minutes walking the ranch early before church. 92 right now and mostly sunny. Oh we get rain periodically so the wild flowers keep blooming. Almost through the month of May. Where did it go? 1 Day HOF/SHOF

Memorial Day! thank you to all those who've served to keep us free! Monday 50 minutes walking the ranch this morning. I actually walked down to my nephew's mother-in-law, Kay, her small home half way down the hill. Then the two of us walked up the hill to the ridge and then back down to her home. I walked to the bottom of the hill and then back up the hill to ridge again and then down to the travel trailer. All before 8 this morning. It got up to 92 and it was 70 when we walked. Gotta get out early to get in my steps.

Sunday - 30 minutes plus 8,441 Gardening Steps, Zonk for Yoga Monday - 30 minutes plus 12,882 Gardening Steps. 100% Yoga 2 Days HOF/SHOF I thought I posted Sunday's stats already. Your walk sounded fun and challenging. Years ago I had a dog that absolutely could not tolerate the summer sun without becoming ill so we were out the door just before sunrise each day. Those were many of most pleasant walks!!!
Chilly here--today the high was 61.
Tuesday - 30 minutes plus 13,884 FF steps and 80% Yoga--no reason to finish up my Yoga with my sit ups and leg lifts after 9,919 Steps of ranch hand choring which was a very fast paced intense work out. I hung in there with an excellent attitude after I started trying to make up a song about what I was doing.
"I've been working on the firebreak all the live long day".....

Tuesday 5/31 50 minutes walking the ranch. Wednesday 6/1 50 minutes walking the ranch. OMG it's June already!!! Michell-you are so much fun to walk with daily. I love your color commentary. Ranch hand choring is hard. I learned yesterday from my Ferrier nephew: Looper is someone who keeps horses ready for they ranch hand, feeier, or trainer. We were up early this morning as the crew in charge of digging and installing the pool at my nieces and sister's how were up and at it early. Pool dug and area around the pool ready for the pour sometime next week. We will be blessed to live right next door. Being a ranch hand is hard work. Lots of steps involved. Cowboy boots and jeans plus a shirt are the outfit de'jour. And working on a firebreak gives you extra points. And it will keep you young! Blessings and prayers coming your way!
