S – Usual coffee B – Ricotta stuffed French toast w/blackberry compote and fresh blackberries L –Roast beef, goat cheese, roasted red pepper wrap, blood orange and red onion salad w/blood orange olive oil and dark chocolate balsamic, pear D – LO bbq chicken, asparagus (evoo) E – 30 minute spin/25 minutes weights
