This is a monthly thread for those of us who have a lot of weight to lose. The definition of “a lot” is something that is determined personally, so everyone who feels they have a lot of weight to lose is welcome to post here.
Please join us in offering support, checking in for accountability, help with questions, etc. We’re in this for the long haul.
We’d also love to hear from those of you who are maintaining a large loss. We need those tips to help us to keep the weight off once we lose it.

Cj59, I have a Fitbit. There’s a couple features on it that I really rely on one is the time, date, steps, and when I can’t find my phone it helps me find my phone lol

Hi sunrose - I'm sorry to hear you're are stressing over stuff again - we all do that! I hope things will be calmer for you soon and you can get on track. Hang in there I really don't know how I'm doing, but not good. I'm being very delusional with myself by not weighing and seeing how bad the number is. I know from my clothes it's not good I've had a few thoughts of what I need to do and how to eat, plus starting to walk again, so I hope I can get those going and get control again. And I probably need to start tracking again, even though I get tired of that. Hope anyone else checking in is doing well.

Hi sunrose - Glad to hear you are doing O.K. Hope the scale starts moving the right direction I've been focusing on changing how I eat, as far as times and foods. I'd gotten into a very bad rut of eating a lot in the afternoon hours. So I'm trying to eat breakfast earlier, then a larger lunch and a much lighter dinner. And then I stop eating much earlier in the day too. We'll see how this goes I do have to say I already feel better not stuffing myself all afternoon.

Hi sunrose - Hope you are feeling well and I wish you the best to stay focused It is a challenge! I'm still trying to break the cycle of how and when I eat. I do O.K. for a few days and then slide back into old habits. Just have to keep working on it.
