I went to Trader Joe's yesterday and found some great stuff, thought I would share In the frozen aisle, there is something called Chilli Lime Chicken Burgers, they are SO delicious and low point too. Really very flavorful! They also have a chicken wonton frozen soup that I really like as well, which fills me up.

TJ's has a lot of really good stuff! Check out their varieties of salsa (I use a jar of the pineapple one in the crockpot with whole pieces of chicken, like thighs and/or breasts; can't be beat!). They have frozen riced cauliflower (and probably also in the fresh veggie section too). It's the only place I've ever seen fat-free (non-fat?) Ricotta cheese. So many additional really good choices.

moonshine - thanks for the information on those items. The chicken burgers sound good!
Holly Gail - I just had some riced cauliflower for dinner - I love this stuff. Since it's basically tasteless you can add it to anything to bulk up the meal. I like your idea of the pineapple salsa over chicken too.

I think Trader Joe's is a treasure trove of great stuff that is point friendly! Another excellent item, was the flatbread. Tastes great for a little sandwich.
