I did Weight Watchers 20 years ago and lost some weight but then quit. I think I got around 26 to 28 points a day I weigh 235 and I'm 5'8 now I want to do it again should I just stick with what I know. like a banana and an are two points and chicken is 1 pt per Oz and use the old calculator online? Does anyone know how many points I would get on the new plan where eggs and bananas are zero points thanks

I am same size as you and I get 24pts a day. If you are diabetic, you get 28pts, but then bananas are not zero points. Do you still have the information for the old plan from way back? I would like a copy. laurie4747,

Hi ladies! sorry I missed your posts, welcome to the boards. If you guys are interested in the older plans make sure you check out Healthiapp.com, they have a great app based on WW older plans. You can check out the free version to see if you like it. You can upgrade to get some extra things, but, the free version is a really good start.
