This challenge was created several years ago by people following the Weight watchers program. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Happy turning-the-page Monday,
Back on track and it feels good. It is unseasonably cold and rainy here in So. Cal. Loving it as it means I can wear a sweater! I have been wanting to see "Manchester by the Sea" also "Jackie". "Sing" sounds cute too. I just finished a very good, new book called "Edenland" by Wallace King (a woman). Highly recommend it. I think it would be a great movie.
Sally: Sending upbeat vibes to you. Life is a teeter-totter isn't it? Hope you go to your Zumba and dance your tush off. Helps me find center.
Janet: Enjoy the warm weather and your Mama's visit. Avocados are so good for you. My neighbor brought me 4 big beautiful Haas avos because someone gave her a box for Christmas and she lives alone. Tacos and guac. tonight. Portion control street tacos of course.
Nat and Carol: A tramp in the snow sounds divine. Take my spirit with you when you go and watch for feathers.
Jazzercise calls tonight!

Late evening check in for me! Waving to all. Sally, lol on DH. Maybe you can find him a part-time hobby job out of the house LOL! Janet, congrats on your new kitty. No I would not like spring in December! Jan soak up the rain. Looks like Fri/Sat another storm may be here. As if 100 stranded vehicles on one of our highways on Christmas Eve wasn't enough to stop people from coming up here....here comes NY Eve with another storm. LOL. It took the CHP, tow trucks and Cal-Trans until 4:00 a.m. to get them all unstuck and the road open again. Party on Hwy 38 in 9 degree weather, what fun! I'm glad we decided to take the back way home yesterday. I heard from others that it took 4 hours to get from the bottom of the mountain on front way to what would have been only the halfway point for me! Chain control and crazy people! And today there is still bumper to bumper traffic coming up the mountain. Funny what a little (or a lot in this case) snow does to bring them running for the hills, lol. I will catch up tomorrow. I worked a full long day for my second job today. My regular job celebrated today as Christmas. One less job to worry about Nat
