Anybody use either of these services. Many of my FB "friends" are Beachbody coaches and the push is on to try the new On Demand site. Anybody use a "home based" exercise routine? I Zumba twice per week and am looking to add another type of fitness to my routine. Thanks all!

The beach body workouts are great. But their coaches for the rest of their programs (the shakes, the diets etc) don't have any training, certifications or skills that I know of, other than relieving one of ones money.
But the workouts like p90x etc have always been solid.

I prefer BOD to Daily Burn. I was only using Daily Burn for Blackfire, Bob Harper's program. I've been a long time (over 12 years) BB customer and really enjoy their programs. I find the diet plans for both services helpful for recipes and meal ideas. I don't do Shakeology. Both services offer a trial. BOD has a 30 day trial. Daily Burn offers a 3 month trial to WW members. You can find the sign up at this link: dailyburn.com/weightwatchers?partner=ww&sub_id=DAILY_BURN_TOKEN
