LOUISE good for you on the melon chunks, b/c I hate cutting up melon. I hope the melon is decent. I got another pineapple and this was the first one that wasn't fantastic. It was so so, so I won't toss it.
BECKY you and I are in the same rut. An ELF doesn't have to be a monetary or donation. Just doing a tiny nice thing for someone. Making them smile. Letting them go ahead of you in a line. That kind of thing. Hard to do when I haven't set foot outside except for Petey's morning walk (when he wakes up we'll do his afternoon walk.... SOON b/4 it's dark).
OH DANG CONNIE. If you had to go to the hospital I'm sure life would go on at work. Take care of yourself. That sounds miserable if you're in home in bed let alone at work!
I'm making spaghetti squash pie. Italian sauce, spag. squash, sauteed onions and Italian sausage, and I cut up some marinated artichoke hearts. Mix it all up in an 8x8 pan. Then add 3 whipped eggs and mix it until you cannot see the eggs. It's now baking. No cheese and I keep thinking OMG if only it had parm. Or Mozza. I'm sure I'll survive. Off to wake the Petester and walk b/4 dark b/c it's COLD out there too. And getting colder I guess.
