Amy I had hammertoe on my left foot years ago so they took the bone out in my little toe and I rested for 5 weeks and it was ok. I could not walk comfortably before that either.

Hello! I'm back from vacation! Holy moly did I gain a ton of weight! But I'm back on track! Still busy trying to catch up at work but I'll see about catching up here on the thread. I hope all are well!

I made an appointment at a local Walgreens for4 September 28 for the bivalent and flue vacinne.I could not find a clinic or the CVS down the street offering that. But this Walgreens is pretty close. I am glad I found an appointment. I go in the morning in 2 weeks. That's the only way I know how to get the vaccine/.

Good morning! After gaining NINE pounds on vacation, I'm down to just 2 pounds over. I guess I needed the shock to help me really get back on track. And I really needed a break from my life!
Amy, how was the MRI?
I'm planning on getting my third booster plus my flu shots in October.

It was find because no contrast but it came out that my weigh bearing has bone spur or something like that and a lot of loss of cartilage. I just called and found out I get the recast for oasteopeninia does not need prior authorization. But the medical director at my insurance said it did but doesntt . I walked down the flight of stairs from the seventh to the first with Scott . I will do that each day. I cant go up cause of my back. My ankle now hurts on the same side of the knee. I am upset because my bone doctor retired and they won't do labs every 3 months . She's a pa and doesn't know anything that I need that . I am in real trouble.

Maddie crossed the rainbow bridge on Saturday. π
Itβs been so hard. I keep looking for her and dealing with her stuff is not easy. She was such a sweet girl.
She had a tumor in her spleen. They said I could do surgery and maybe that would buy her a little bit more time but she was 11 1/2 and I wasnβt gonna put her through that.
My heart is broken.

I am leaving where I was. I WILL REGUAL MEDICARE AND MEDICAID MYSELF. I START NEXT WEEK WITH A LONG TERM I WILL PAY SCOTT AND RUSS AND ANOHTER AGENCY I LIKE . THE OTHER SCOOTER LIKE BACK TOQVC SO I DONT OWE MORE. BUT THEY WILL NEVER PAY FOR I HAD TO TO GET IBACK. I HAVE ANOTHER SCCOTER I WILL PAY FOR IN OCTOBER. WE ARE KEEPING THE BOX IN CASE. I am goin to see the same doctors as Scott . I got a hair cut right near where I will go. I want to with my scooter to see if I can go in good weather. I start Oct 1 . I will call for an appointment in October if I can get it. Medicare gave me a choice October 1 or January 1 and I did not want to stay with the other long term My person is coming September 30 and a coordinator September 3. I told may pharmacy. DVR wants me to work in an office I do not want to do that. I hope to take math reasoning an easy course before the summer when I will take the regular course. I think the one in spring is free. I am so glad I can take an easier course in Spring. I will right another pass plan for fall for 13 points once I take 2 classes. when I take the mathematical reasoning in summer then in fall quantitative reasoning with written communication . then I can take statistics and other classes such as python. technology and society. and another class. I would like to work in political science survey center. DVR has a 2 year internship in data but they wont let me do that . I would like to.

Hello! It's September and still time to enjoy the outdoors! Cooler weather makes walking or just getting outside much more comfortable. Make this a strong September by setting just one achievable goal for yourself. You can say it to us or just keep it to yourself.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
