New to WW (started 9/3). Everything seems to be working as it should--do enjoy the zero foods option --first question:
As I am retired, I have plenty of time to exercise. For the past two years, since COVID, I've done daily workouts (30 min cardio, 40 min, lift weights, Pilates, Yoga, Barre--varies each day) but always 70 min daily total of exercise. And I have an active lifestyle living on a small farm. After the first week on WW, I had over 100 weekly remaining Weekly Personal Points points. Monday, as expected, the Weekly Personal Points points did not roll over. And to day, back to 28 Weekly Personal Points.
While there are statements in WW literature about "using the weekly points" --to use that many seems to be counterproductive to losing weight. I manage to stay inside my daily Personal Points just fine.
So --do I use the Weekly Personal Points or not?
Second Question: Point Free Food come with an amount: like "3 oz Salmon," if I eat 6 oz Salmon, is it still a Point Free Food? Same with popcorn --plain air popped popcorn no oil is 0 points for 2 cups. Is it still 0 points for 4 cups?
Final question: on day two of my WW adventure --my Fit Bit gave me double credit for exercise classes listing each one twice. I have been unable to delete the second class. Let it go or try something new to fix it Only happened once when I was syncing --might be my mistake.
Thank you in advance -- Foxglove

foxglove welcome to the boardsπππ To answer your first question, they are there if you want them. If you felt comfortable not using them that's fine too. It used to be the weeklies were supposed to be eaten, now that isn't stressed like it was. (I think that actually changed with the introduction of SmartPoints because of the zero point foods.) Second question. Yes. Zero point foods are zero points no matter the quantity, just make sure you eat a serving size then reassess your hunger. Third question. Let it go, by next week it will be gone π
