Is there a simple way to track the same breakfast all week?

I assume you're talking about the WW app. I have an android so it might be different on an iphone. When you're on your my day page (shows points & meals to track). Tap on Breakfast (or other meal). It'll take you to a page where you can track something. Look below that section & it shows previous breakfasts. Just tap on one of the previous meals & it'll track that. Makes life easy if you eat the same thing for a particular meal. Hope that helps.
