Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning. Feel better starting today, Yesterday started with finishing cookies. Did not bode well for me yesterday. but eating from my plan so far today. I got 7000 steps and then recharged fitbit yesterday. Making that my goal right now. i had sp far 1 tab;es[ppn pf peanut butter 1 slice f healthy life a ww smoothie and pumpkin warmed .

told my leader that I had to eat at east 36 calories to make it. She said sometimes we have to adjust it.

i was told that women should eat at least 1500 calories a day by dr beck on any regime.

My base is 39 44 points a day 5 more.points adamsame height and age was given 39 points and never lost faster than me

my base is 36 points 40 points away only 2 smoothies a day 1200 calcium.
