How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Cleaning and decorating for 4 hours then cleanup after people left took another hour or so...muscles are tired today!

The snow cancelled my class at the gym. I stayed in the house all day and only went out for my WW meeting. I was lucky to get to almost 1/2 my step goal (125 steps short). I should have done the steps but was late getting to bed and didn't feel like it.
Today will be a better day. Zumba and Darts will take care of most of it. Haven't decided if I'll do the supermarket today or tomorrow (maybe both!)

Yeah more snow in PDX Wed late to Thur. Short walk yesterday 30', 45' bike ride to gym and 45 ' weights.
