It's January and a new year. I think it's easier to plot day by day rather than change immediately for a new year. Tried and true-- Use smaller plates; load up half those plates with healthy veggies, fruits and lean proteins before adding much anticipated treats; suggest after dinner walks with family/guests; alternate drinks with water; add simple exercises throughout day -i.e. -countertop pushups while waiting for microwave, squats or leg lifts while talking on phone.
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs January 1 through January 31, 2023.

Good Morning!
My goal for today is to eat a decent healthy breakfast.
Deb, I hope your Dr has now turned in your stuff. What a load of crap! That should have been the last thing you had to worry about!
Amy, I am considering taking an excel class. I think I need one where I am in person at it though to ask immediate questions lol

Hi all.; Scott cleaned my apartment. And then A=ngela from new agency came at 4 to 6 pm tonight. She used my portable washing machine and took the wet clothes to the dryers down the hall. She mopped. /She pout away my dry clothes and we get along great. She will come Saturday 4 to 6 also0 and Rich 1 hour each Sunday. I get 5 hours. And Scott helps me do the rest. I return the laptop I picked up today to the school. I dropped the class in time to get a refund. I just don't want to take a class. Now I know I can be a poll worker during each year . on odd years local elections only. My iris worker is getting me 2 meals a day. I( plan to go to WW at least once a month. I haven't gotten the materials for the new plan. We go shopping tomorrow with Russ and Scott. I paid for a course but I need the money back. I need to get my cashiers check earlier then the 3rd of the month if that day is a Friday which it is in February . I go to dentist that Friday. I am now on original Medicare and Medicaid. I returned my laptop and rower. I hope they are returned by the next time I owe the easy pas. They get stuck in Atlanta but the eventually go to South Carolina. I am very lucky. I want to save money each month. My hair cut is in April. I have a new woman doctor in March. I have to go with paratransit at 2 pm to the school and wait till 330 to go home. But I have to return the laptop. Russ today picked up the laptop with me. lI* am so glad that I am done with school and work. I have physical therapy January 26. And I have the bones of a schedule now. asi had to put in money to my Credit Union to pay the school . I need the money.

Good morning! I have started going back to the gym. So far I went Monday and Wednesday to use the arm weights machines. I also did 10 minutes on the recumbent bike there plus a few left leg exercises on the bar on Wednesday. So plan to go again on Friday for a repeat performance Mo, thanks! I finally got a response from the doctor's office from the backup person, who did not know about the problem. As I suspected, they had misplaced my paperwork. But I was ready with another set of the forms scanned into my personal laptop so I emailed those directly to the backup assistant who took them directly to the person responsible for forms. She kept me updated with each stage and then the person at Sedgwick (some third party that processs sick leave for National Grid) contacted me that she'd gotten the forms at last, and that my leave is finally approved! Just in time for me to go back to work next work. Which is a bummer, lol! I like being home, even in the winter! Amy, I'm glad things seem to be working out well for you. Do you have a laptop? What is the PT for? What a difference PT can make! Mo, how are you all doing? Brenda, how are you?

the pt is for my back and knees. I decided on some healthy food I can afford to eat. I will eat better oats apple cinnamon for 20 points 10pouches. I will make popcorn in my air popper too. Iwill have 2 pouches of oatmeal at a time. I will also have frozen blueberries thawed to eat a 12 ounce frozen bag. I think this is doable. I start tomorrow;. I dropped my class and today took a cab ride to return the borrowed laptop. Iwill go to therapy Tuesdays and maybe wait on Weight Watchers for another year. have till January to print my calories and fiber. This way I do not eat fat which affects my Gerd greatly. I am so happy I have original Medicare and Medicaid. I shop Thursdays. I really don't want to go to school unless DVR pays for the program. I have put money in my Credit Union for a credit bill charge I did not expect. I willaskthe physical therapist what I can do on treadmill. my Appointment isJanuary 26. We have increased snap this month and next month. I sent back two items to QVC which I hope get back soon. I am due to pay the easy pays in early February which I do not want to do. I just hope I get money back from the school.. School starts Tuesday and I paid for everything. I bought the book on medical terminology so I can keep it. Wouldn't it be great if I got the money back tomorrow. I signed up for refunds in my checking account.
