Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Deb, my weight is way up too but I feel determined today. Lets see if I can make that feeling last!

Hi Mo. I tried yesterday but did not do well. My weight is up. Today I go food shopping. I have my shopping list.My organizer really did it the tv was dresser with the tv on it. she moved the dresser into the bedroom where the bookshelf had abee. She put the tv in the bookshelf. It is much higher ups and now the treadmill is accessible easily. And my wasp small dvd player is accessible. I sleep in living room because of the air conditioner. I t is like havving the tv on the wall. i host I was outside sitting with others from the apartment. But bobbi tho clans came buy and I left to go to my apartment and never went out after that. pe Friday when I go to WW they will accept the dr letter for 199 goal as an initial goal. i wonder there has been so many rainy days and cool temperatures I will wear my winter coat that snaps closed. fifties and windy and rainy today. Yesterday before the rain some sun. Well I am going downstairs to gt my NY times and eat oatmeal.

I'm with you Mo! I did well yesterday and 1.5 pounds of my 3 pound gain is off. Now to do what Brenda said and keep my mouth shut at night, lol!
Brenda, my ankle isn't completely there yet but it's good enough that it doesn't interfere with exercise! Glad you're getting your steps in again! My son and DIL said they will help me get my fitbit set up next Friday (week from this Friday). I lost the little slip of paper that had directions on setting up the fitbit!
We go on vacation Saturday next week but Susan and I will head to Binghamton, NY and stay overnight with Tim and Julie. That way the trip seems a little shorter (6 instead of 7 hours) and we can all drive down to Ocean City together.
Amy, bummer about the cold! It's been a weird, cool, wet spring here too! Although I shouldn't complain -at least today is looking good -seventies and partial sun!

i am trying to figure this out. I am a vegetarian again. Tuna was too much money. peanut butter is my favorite with that and smoothies I get enough protein. I called the pizza place today and i ate it. But I bought pumpkin enough to have it 4 times a day. And that is helpful for tomorrow.
