Good morning! I hope you are all well on this fine day. We are overcast but it's warmer and drier than yesterday.
Daily Affirmation - a mundane day is fine.
Fitness Report - Margaret Richard for bis, tris, quads and outer thighs.
Health Goal - keep it lean and mean.
Gratitude - feel that I'm coming to grips with Chris Cornell's death.
