Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I did pretty well yesterday and the scale is going down. We leave next Tuesday for Niagara Falls and will be back on Friday evening. We may stay overnight in Erie on Monday depending on the Pittsburgh Penguins. If they are in the fight for the Stanley Cup, they will play Monday night. If Jim wants to stay up late, his only hope is to make the trip to the Falls a little shorter on Tuesday but getting some of those miles out of the way on Monday.

Mo how exciting. i just have todo well today.. Dentist in a few hours for a temporary crown. I go i 2 weeks for a permanent Then don't go back till November for a cleaning. X-rays last time showed nothing else. I i joined a medicare medicaid care that starts in June for me they give free Weight watcher coupons and I just have to buy online not a pass. I have 7 vouchers from January after that I got out. you get 13 each time. When you have less left they send you another 13. t costs nothing to join Icare. online is cheaper than a pass 19.95 for online a month. versus 44.95 for a pass. I just can't afford it in my new budget for SSDi. I am trying for 10000 steps again. Eating enough to get it. This way I can keep 165 as a goal. On June 2 I get my own SSDI. I figured out I can shop every there week with 170 dollars. Qn nonshoping weeks have 75 i CAN SPEND. 4 WMOOTHIES EACH WEEKAT WW. 20 FOR LAUNDRY. 100 for debits like online easy pays microsoft office fishopping bag easy pay. the top will be ;s;aid off in a few months. he ba will be paid off in a few months.so that will make things not as tight

Mo thanks for the start. I lived in Erie for almost 2 years many moons ago. I loved the town. Your trip will be fun!

Debbie sounds like you have a fun trip coming up. It will be great when you get the fitbit set up.
I got really close to my goal yesterday and just didn't feel like moving 120 more steps. How silly is that. I was a little down. A mouse got in my DSon's engine and did $700.00 worth of damage. Ugh....

Hi Brenda! What a bummer about your son's car, yowch! Sorry you were a little down yesterday, don't beat yourself up about those few steps, we all get like that. Like me last week when I blew off the gym almost everynight and cheated on my diet almost everyday. It's in the past, let's worry about today!
I'm struggling at work, I can't wait to go on vacation, lol! I've started some packing -mainly setting out stuff to be packed. I'm back on track with diet and exercise and have lost last week's 3 pounds -now to lose 3 more! ;-D

Tomorrow I figured simplyfilling again. The points don't work. But i the a pizza today. Will wake up and eat well tomorrow and bike and walk. I haven't had the energy. silly filling will do that.
