WOW I just went on pollen.com. Seems Frisco is HIGH for Juniper (aka Mountain Cedar). Even higher than Austin. No wonder I feel horrible. THough I don't know what to do about it. I've had my steroid nasal spray, my inhaler, antihistamine and asthma pill. I need to wear one of those gas masks. But in a way I'm glad to see that the levels are high b/c I was going nuts trying to figure out why the sneezing and coughing. I was worrying that I was allergic to EVERYTHING... inside and out (maybe I am). STEPH since I think MOST of our cedar blows up here from down your way...um...er... KINDLY KEEP IT!? Sharing is nice but in this case... please keep it. I mean I don't want to inconvenience you by asking you to SHARE it.

I think I had a mosquito in my car yesterday. Matthew stirred all sorts of stuff up.

Good morning. I didn't sleep very well today. Woke up multiple times. Just don't feel well rested. I did get up and on the treadmill.
Really blew it food-wise when I got home from work. Need to increase the amount of food I take for lunch/snacks so Im not starving when I get home. But I am back on track with salmon/brown rice for supper.
Angie, I like the idea of posting our weigh in results. Accountability. I NEED it! I have 17.2 pounds to (re) lose. Want to do it before scuba trip in July.
Started tracking tonight. It's amazing how you develop amnesia about what you've eaten.
We are watching the WVU bowl game. Sloppy play so far. Hope we can pull it out.
SUZE- safe travels!

CELESTE- I feel that way about the water bottles, too. But it's just an excuse as I don't seem to think about the Diet Coke bottles in the same way. For now, switching from Diet Coke to bottled water will be better for me and no worse for the environment. Maybe once I get my act together I can address the environmental issue. I find if I take a big jug of water to work, it is too hard to carry and ends up hurting my shoulder. One thing at a time.

Well...the girl is still not feeling well. From what other friends have been telling me, she's got the virus that's been going around. The thing that's bother her the most is the sore throat. Fever kicked back in earlier, so this is practice #3 that she's missed. We'll see how she feels in the morning for the early practice.
Food choices today have been ok. No over eating on anything, so that's a major plus for me. Lunch was edamame & a slice of chocolate cake (Autumn made last night). Dinner was a bowl of Special K. Just not feeling hungry. Autumn has her appitite, though.
Found a teacher website & I have been going crazy saving documents and ideas. When I get in that mode, it's hard to stop me & then ideas start happening. I do need to get some work done on those textbooks tomorrow, but that won't happen until the afternoon/evening. I have a nurse appt to get a follow up shot & then my OBGYN that got rescheduled a few weeks ago. If Autumn is feeling well & has no fever, she has a sleepover planned for tomorrow evening.
Other than finding ideas for lessons, I've done nothing but take care of my girly. We have been couch potatoes all day. I have no excuse, but since I've been lazy all day, might as well carry that into the evening.
