Wednesday 50 minutes walking the farm 4 Days... HOF/SHOF Thursday 50 minutes walking babies at BSF and walking the farm this afternoon. 5 Days HOF/SHOF Friday 50 minutes in two walks because it only got to 19 today. 6 Days HOF/SHOF Saturday 50 minutes after it finally got above 32. It's a bit chilly out there. Off to walk two airports tomorrow. Flying to Texas to and getting my Texas DL on Monday then Flying back to Ohio and the cold. 7 Days HOF/SHOF

Sunday 50 minutes or more walking three airports before noon. 1 Day HOF/SHOF Monday 50 minutes walking the Department of Safety Texas to get my Texas Driver's License and then two airports to get home. 2 Days HOF/SHOF Tuesday 50 minutes walking the gravel road when it was a bit warmer. 3 Days HOF/SHOF Wednesday 50 minutes walking the gravel road. 4 Days HOF/SHOF Keep on keeping on Michelle! Thursday 50 minutes walking the farm after BSF and it actually warmed up to 69 today. Whoa! 5 Days HOF/SHOF Friday 50 minutes walking the farm gravel road once again. 6 Days HOF/SHOF Saturday 50 minutes walking the farm gravel road this morning. 7 Days HOF/SHOF

Sunday 50 minutes in two walks, one before church, the other I just finished and it's a balmy 52 right now. 1 Day HOF/SHOF Monday 50 minutes walking when it finally warmed up. 2 Days HOF/SHOF Tuesday 50 minutes walking the farm road once again. 3 Days HOF/SHOF Wednesday 50 minutes early this morning because it was 56 out. 4 Days HOF/SHOF Thursday 50 minutes walking this afternoon after the rain stopped. 5 Days HOF/SHOF Friday 50 minutes walking the farm late today. 6 Days HOF/SHOF Saturday 50 minutes walking the farm just now because baby it was cold out this morning. 7 Days HOF/SHOF

Sunday - 8,252 Steps Monday - 11,572 Functional Fitness, Homemaking Steps Tuesday - 10,438 Functional fitness steps and Yoga
Wednesday Who knows what is going on with me lately. Somehow I lost a day. If you happen to see it tell it to come back! Thusday - 9,508 Steps and Yoga Stretches. Friday -11,672 errand running steps and Yoga Saturday - 7,294 stuck in the house having to do office work steps--unsmiley face.

Sunday 50 minutes, HOF/SHOF, walking the church parking lot before service and then after worship while waiting for the stragglers going to lunch with us. Monday 50 minutes walking the gravel drive.HOF/SHOF Tuesday Another 50 minutes walking the gravel drive. HOF/SHOF Wednesday 50 minutes walking some of Little Turtle Golf Course with my friend for 50 minutes. HOF/SHOF Thursday 50 minutes walking the outside edges of Costco this afternoon. HOF/SHOF Friday 50 minutes walking the farm in the mid afternoon sun which brought the temps to 39. HOF/SHOF Saturday 50 minutes making the bed in the guest room. It takes that long and it's more steps and moving than any 50 minute aerobic work out any day. The queen size bed fits in the corner with a wall on three sides and I'm the only one that can make the bed up because I'm the skinniest in the family. First time I didn't barf my legs at all. I'm still breathing hard and my heart rate is way up. But I got in my activity. HOF/SHOF Sunday 50 minutes walking after church.HOF/SHOF Monday 50 minutes early this morning just to stay warm outside. HOF/SHOF Tuesday
