Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Today is THURSDAY and today's challenge is t least a serving of grains!
Challenges this week: Sun -journal it Mon -OP day Tues -work those abs! Wed -at least 6 servings water Thurs -at least a serving of whole grains Fri -self appreciation Sat -5 servings fruits&veggies

GOOD MORNING. I woke up and feel almost like if I do not follow my plan today I do not know what else I can do. Simply Filling always worked before. SoI am using it starting today. Once I get a day with eating right I can add official exercise in I Always get steps however. Had I not had WATP treadmill and bike I don't know at this point what I would do. to restart/ My portable DVD is now in a good place. I gain and gain. I woke up and ws 193.4 on my scale and that is not with food in me. i go to WW tomorrow and Saturday. I have about 6 or7 meeting vouchers but next month I will get another 13 by the ned of the first week in June probably. This is going to the a long time before I reach goal weight. bout 30 pounds.

Debbie so exciting you are going on vacation! I hope you have good weather.
Mo when do you leave?
Working on a plan this morning for exercise and eating. I did not go to a WW meeting this morning. I will go Saturday morning instead.

Amy, I feel your pain! I hope the simply filling will work for you again!
Hi Brenda, how's the plan going? Good idea to get a plan in place for both diet and exercise!
It's raining cats and dogs today, definitely a good day to hit the gym! I need to do weights and would like to do some rowing and hit the TM for walking but oversleep and got into work late so will be pressed for time this evening!
