How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Daughter and I drove to a village or two where we climbed stairs, walked, saw some ancient tombs, saw burial sites of saints, tasted wine and sampled beer. It was lovely but we really did not get much exercise - though more than previous days.

You're moving some and that's good.
Yesterday was a good day for me. Zumba, running errands, walked downtown to darts, dart room was reserved so we walked to the other end of main st to to to a restaurant. Restaurant was too busy so walked 3 blocks to 2nd restaurant and then back to the car. Was just shy of 15k steps.
Today will be a challenge

Sampling beer and wine with the spirits of the saints sounds like a wonderful day to me, stairs and all.
I walked about 70' yesterday as I met a friend along the way again by coincidence. Rode to YOGA class 50' and did 60' yoga class. Finally getting back into more of a routine.
