Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Today is FRIDAY and its self-appreciation day! I will get personal. I need this day to take stock of what I am doing. i choose to reassess everything today. Think of today as one in a chain of days weeks months and years to work on life matters.
Challenges this week: Sun -journal it Mon -OP day Tues -work those abs! Wed -at least 6 servings water Thurs -at least a serving of whole grains Fri -self appreciation Sat -5 servings fruits&veggies

I decided not to do simply filling. I am going to conventions this next month. Peanut butter sandwiches go to conferences better. i added frozen peaches 2 cups a day. They can be brought to conventions thawed. and I get a lot f Vitamin C. 4 smoothies. earlier in the day I am gone all day.Russ took me to the foodstore and I got frozen peaches. I met my case manager today. and she suggested we get 3 things to hold WW money for smoothies and foodcshopping money. I have had a payee before for many years . June 2I get my SSDI in my Credit Union. I figured I have 175 to foodshop each time. 210 to spend as I wish. i will keep in credit Uniona and use Debit card. money 160 every month in packet for smoothies each week. So my food will be in cash all at the beginning of the month. And the smoothies will be in theleathtr packets at the beginning of the month. 2 rolls of quarters at the beginning of each month. And the rest to pay bills utilities come out of the credit union. automatically. Gateway pays the rent. And then I have 100 dollars of regular debits WW and Microsoft fitbit paying till August and others I am paying off. I have enough WW coupons for meetings and I will get more in June. i have enough for 6 weeks. 1605 is good in calories. i guess I have a third leather packet I can put my spending money in. So 160 in one 210 in one 525 in the other. I really have to thank my case manager.

i go in 4 1/2 hours. I am not going to sleep till I get home from WW. I decided to take 42 a week out of the Credit Union for spending money. each week. starting next Friday.

This is interesting figuring out finances and eating. I decided to have 2 smoothies a day for 1200 calcium enough. and only 80 dollars a month. This leaves me with more spending money. If I hadn't stayed up I would not have figured that out.

Amy, good for you, working out a plan for your spending and eating together! You're an excellent example for me, one that I should/need to follow!
I made it to the gym this morning for spinning class. Because I have multiple parades to march and play bagpipes in this weekend, it's going to be tricky finding time to exercise. I'll need to work out a plan for that! The weather looks questionable all weekend, I better find my band raincoat. The band raincoat is designed to fit around bagpipes to cover your uniform/kilt and at least the bag of the bagpipes. We can't seem to get a break with the weather this year for our parades! We missed out on all the March parades because it was too cold to play, now we may have to cover up and struggle with high humidity!
At least it's not hard to play in the rain; it can be impossible to play in the cold! But it disappoints the crowds at the parades to not see out colorful outfits.

thanks Deb. i am waiting for Russ to come home so we can go to Credit Union. I threw up when I came home from WW. feel better now. did not sleep and ate in morning and felt bad till after i did it lay down for a few hours. Now i stead of 630 Friday 9am fridays going to WW. i
