Good Morning, Dear Ones: 🌿
Daily Affirmation: I must be true to myself first. Fitness Report: none. Yesterday, was a sitting day, much to my dismay. Health Goal: Seek better ways to destress (rather than eating) Gratitude: For family that listens to how I feel and encourages me to be true to myself.
Bad day, yesterday, which led to a lot of evening emotional eating, and even some wine. I may have a repeat of the circumstances, again, today (out of my control). We'll see. Any words of wisdom to get thru the difficult time (people) would be much-appreciated!

Suzanne, I'm sorry you are in a troubling people phase. Sending hugs. I don't know if this would apply to your current situation, but a counselor once told me during a "people phase" I went through at work, to always remember it's not about me - it's about them. To limit my reactions while they carried on. Of course, that was for a particular office-type juvenile situation and probably not much help so I'm sending a healthy dose of hugs, too.
Daily Affirmation - Persistence leads to endurance. Fitness Report - 30 minutes weights for upper body and 30 minutes ballet exercise and body weight workout for lower. Health Goal - eat for health.
Gratitude - a day off and a long weekend.

Good Afternoon, Dear Ones!
Suzanne - Sorry to hear about that emotional stress. Sending quiet vibes of comforting energy. No need to drown that stress in drink:) Maybe this is one of those “getting comfortable with discomfort” opportunities. Oh, and our treadmill desk is a combination unit, the desk is attached to the treadmill. The brand is Exerpeutic…I’lll see if I can find a model name, or find if they make just the desktops.
Maybe the weather also plays into the discomfort…I was very non-energized yesterday, didn’t do my 15 minutes of garden nor attic! Just couldn’t face the drudgery of it. Not a good mindset on my part, LOL.
Daily Affirmation - I listen to my body, but my higher self is in charge Fitness report - tap dance Health Goal - mindfulness!! I’ve been eating mostly nutritious foods, but too many feedings. Too much of a good thing🙄 Gratitude - retirement AND a holiday weekend (I still love “days off”…LOL!)
Off I go, to try to work up enthusiasm for physical labor!! It’s been spritzing on and off all day. ☔️

P.S. 6:30 PM: The spritzing stopped and I worked 45 minutes on the path! Yay! Finished another 5 ft section just in time for our mowing guy to roll in....
