Amy, thanks for getting us here.
It was wonderful to wake up and see everyone's post. I hope to see Sue back with us too.
I have had a bad cold for about a week. The worst is the coughing at night! I feel better during the day but still a sore throat. I just may break down after work and go to Medwell.
Tracking--always my weakest link--but today I will try.

Good morning
Amy thanks for the start. It's not a bad surgery. In/out procedure. I really hardly use the thing. I have a birth defect. Most of the women in my family have some kind of heart thing. Generations back....crazy.
Mo it is good seeing us all back. I am really going to make an effort to track all that goes in my mouth.
Waving to Debbie and Sue

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy! I am very happy to see us all back too!
Brenda, that's a relief! About the surgery being in/out! I will also make the effort to track today.
Mo, sorry to hear you're fighting a nasty cold! I hope you get some relief soon!
Well, with my weight bearing exercise restriction, I actually feel less pressured! I just make the effort to go to a gym each day, carrying a new book and hop on the recumbent bike for an hour and some reading. I also use the weight lifting machines, which don't stress my foot. "they say" weight lifting is most effective in boosting your metabolism so maybe the restrictions will encourage me to get back to being consistent with my weight lifting.
