Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Hello! I made it to the gym this morning for leg weight machines and a spinning class. Then I stopped at the onondaga lake park for 4 miles -I ran the first mile then walked the remaining 3. Runners World is having another running streak challenge that starts tomorrow, Memorial day, and goes to labor day. So I thought I'd give it a try. Just 1 mile each day -although I'm hopeing to gradually build up my run from 1 mile to 3-4 miles in the next 2 months.
Goals for this week: -run 1 miles every day -lift weights 2-3 times -spinning class 3-4 times -rowing machine at least twice
and then we're off to the beach!! Woohoooooooo!!
