Countdown to Spring, Weekly, Sun. 04/02 -- Sat. 04/08

Sunny, windy, and 49 right now. Husband and I have been busy doing housework. Cats are napping, one on the couch and one on the cat tree.

Another gorgeous day here, 60 and sunny. Husband is working on his rain barrel project. He is connecting a rain barrel to one of the downspouts on the back of the house. I had to get out to an appointment earlier, later I'm meeting some WW members from my cancelled WW meeting at Panera Bread.

Another beautiful day today, sunny and 67. Some rain is coming in overnight. Got out to an appointment this morning, afternoon will be paperwork, housework, and exercise.

It is 51 and dreary out. No real rain yet. Got out to do grocery shopping this morning. After lunch I'm running to the post office to mail some letters. We've been having theft of mail out of home mailboxes and if the mail contains one of your checks, they "wash" it and then cash it for high amount. The articles recommend mailing mail with checks from inside a post office.

It currently sunny out and 60 degrees. The cats are out on the porch. We are expecting storms and possibly thunderstorms later today. Doing wash, housework, and will exercise later. Finished my murder mystery. It was okay. The buildup was fine but the wrap up at the end seemed a little too perfect.

Went out to breakfast with my friend this morning. Had a very nice time. It is always good to catch up. it is overcast, breezy, and 55 outside. The forecast is no rain for a week. None of the storms yesterday came over us.
