Good Morning, Angels: Pat: Thank you for keeping our thread alive yesterday.
It was a crazy day for me but was capped off with a 3-hour late afternoon dinner with a couple friends. Nothing like a lot of laughter to cap off a day!
I had an appt with my acupuncturist yesterday. Turns out I should have contacted her when I sprained my ankle. Even after years of regular acupuncture, I don't always think about it as a healing mechanism for something localized like a sprained ankle. Maybe she can get me back to dance class a little sooner. That's my goal.

Health Goal: Take care of my mind with positive and healing thoughts; my body thru good foods and movement; and my soul thru being present. Good morning! I hope the acupuncture helps and you're are dancing again, Suzanne.
My plans to do an hour of yoga last night were shot. DH called me in the afternoon and said he was leaving the walk-in clinic, could I pick up some scripts. His BP skyrocketed and he felt so bad that he drove there to see the one doc he trusts. I've been after him (and so is our insurance) to get in with a cardiologist and have the BP monitored and treated. He has refused and will not take the meds. Arrrgh I hope this is a wake-up call.
Affirmation - my husband is going to wise up today.
Fitness Report - nothing!
Health Goal - keep MY stress under control.
Gratitude - he he even went to the walk-in clinic.

Pat: Yay for walk-in clinic in time of need! Wishing DH a lighted path to health. I hope you can find a few minutes, even just 5, for some yogic breathing👐
Affirmation: I use my time wisely Fitness report: Fitness circuit at the Y this a.m. Health Goal: get below 150 this month Gratitude: a sunny, cool day for outdoor activities
