How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Not sure what today holds in store but think we have a family wedding to attend at Balamand church - old crusader church/fortress.

Yesterday was another slugish day. 3000 steps. Heading to kickboxing soon and need to hit the supermarket.

Wow googled and looked at that church. Nice old fortress church with what looks like a fabulous view!!!
Yesterday I am glad I got out and did my hillclimb loop up to Skyline. Got my heart pumping but in a bit better shape than a week ago for sure. 75' of biking. Also my 60' 3 mile walk in the morning. Did zoo lights last night with our grandson who is home from NY where he is a frosh in college.
