Sunday 9/3 50 minutes walking three airpots on our way back to Texas. Monday 9/4 50 minutes walking the streets where I live. Tuesday 9/5 50 minutes walking early before the heat. Wednesday 9/6 50 minutes walking early and then to drop something off for a friend. Thursday 9/7 50 minutes walking a different route in the neighborhood just for fun. Friday 9/8 50 minutes early again. And the new route is good. Love to change it up. Saturday 9/9 50 minutes on two walks because DH was giving our niece a golf lesson and the dog doesn't do well alone.

Thanks Michelle for getting us going for September. It was a crazy fast trip to the Northwest. It even rained and was a bit chilly in Eastern Washington. We had tons of fun with family, some I hadn't seen in ten years. Kept moving while we were gone so I'm up on my steps according to the Fitbit.

Sunday 9/10 50 minutes walking before church. Monday 911 50 minutes walking early to get it done. Tuesday 9/12 50 minutes walking early again. Wednesday 9/13 50 minutes walking before BSF and the rains. Thursday 9/14 50 walking late because of the rain. Friday 9/15 50 minutes walking before the 100% chance of rain at 8:30am. Saturday 9/16 50 minutes early and now watching the drizzle out the office window.

Sunday 9/17 50 minute walking early before church. Monday 9/18 50 minutes walking this morning as the sun came up. Pretty spectacular. Tuesday 9/19 50 minutes waking the neighborhood. Wednesday 9/20 50 minutes walking the outside edges of Brookshire grocery after serving in the children's program at BSF walking crying little ones that were crying. Even got items for dinner. And yea, the new shower is finished except for a longer ceiling support stainless steel rod that needs to be longer. Fancy claw foot tub is in the garage to be sold on let go.Progress! Thursday9/21 50 minutes walking early as the sun came up. Friday 9/22 50 minutes out early again just because. Saturday 9/23 50 minutes walking after a good sleep last night.

Sunday Steps & Yoga - 12,529 Monday Steps & Yoga - 16,259 and this is the last of these really big numbers since the mega project is done! Tuesday Steps & Yoga - 13,712 & Yoga - the fire breaks are being expanded so it's plenty dusty walking but well worth it. Wednesday Steps & Yoga - Done Thursday Steps & Yoga - 12,545 & Yoga - My FitBit is ancient, all I do is check my steps and have never tried to figure it out. Sunday 9/24 50 minute walking early before church once again. Monday 9/25 50 minutes walking the neighborhood up and down new streets. Tuesday 9/26 50 minutes walking early again. Wednesday 9/27 50 minutes in two walks one for 25 minutes early and the other 25 minutes after BSF. Thursday 9/28 50 walking minutes this morning. And FitBit changed their app once again. They did this to me just after we left Las Vegas. I can't figure it out so I'll just have to move on. I know what I've been doing the past few years and I'll just trust I keep doing the same. I'll toss the app and I'll be fine. Friday 9/29 50 minutes walking the route early this morning. I get that. I only use it because two gals from one of my WW meetings use the app and post there so that's how I stay connected with them. I let them know in a message that I'll just keep sending messages because they can't see my steps but I'll keep in contact with them through messages. Saturday 9/30 50 minutes watching the sun rise and enjoying the early morning.
