Good Morning. There's not enough coffee in the state to wake me up. Another bad nights sleep. This time, my sleep was interrupted for about 40 minutes with a tickle in my throat that had me coughing like mad. I think I need a humidifier. The coughing fit led to a killer headache.
Staying in today until late this afternoon when I go to the doctor's to get my ears flushed. I'm just a walking disaster. I will definitely be going back to bed later this morning.
Thanks for "listening." 😴

Just read we're supposed to get 7" of snow and then sleet. Thinking my doctors appt. might get cancelled.

Sorry sullicat1 Maybe some hot tea to soothe the throat? Woke up feeling yuck myself--still eating too much and definitely too much sugar. I'm good until late afternoon and then have no self-control. THIS MUST END TODAY!!

Good idea Pat. I'll add a little raw honey & that might be just the ticket.
Snow starting.
I hear ya on the sugar. But I've been just the opposite with my eating pattern, I'm eating so much at lunch I can't even eat dinner, then I'm starving in the morning and the cycle begins again. Ugh.

Good morning. No new snow here, but the wind has been blowing and the existing snow has been drifting. Last night there was no travel advised and still no travel advised in my area this morning. My son left this morning. Hopefully he'll have no problems. He didn't have any problem getting out of my yard, although there was a pretty hard drift right at the turn onto the county road.
I don't have to go anywhere today so I'm going to wash clothes and try to get a few things done around the house.

Good morning all. sullicat1, sorry you don't feel well. And sorry you have snow too. We're supposed to get mostly rain here, maybe a little snow mixed in later. pbnj, I've done the same thing these last few days - healthy breakfast and lunch and then a feeding frenzy the rest of the day. I woke up several times last night with a stomach ache so I've gotta cut it out. I'm not sure what I'm going to do today although the gym is on the list for this morning. If there's heavy rain later I may just stay in and watch something on Netflix. I did get a mini microwave popcorn popper as a gift so I could make some popcorn later. Not too many points! Hope everyone has a good day, feels better, and stays safe!

A moderator or the thread creator should be able to delete it. The thread creator could try the options in that little gear-looking/settings icon in the top right corner of the original message.

I have a lovely day here at home, looking forward to taking on a project (and trying not to be daunted by how many there are!)
J and I rode the bus into Cambridge yesterday...such fun, so much easier than our old commute!) My acupuncturist said I was Wired and Tired and I think that pretty much says it all. ODAT.
I hope everyone starts feeling better soon!

Good morning everyone. I'm still trying to recover from the holidays. My inlaws didn't leave til Tuesday a.m., and then my husband worked two 12-hour days in a row in atonement for having Christmas Eve, Day and Boxing Day off, so the house is still chaos. I've been trying to get eating back in order--it's going okay but nothing like being "on plan", of course.
I think I'm going to hit the grocery store for "real food" tomorrow.
What is everybody tracking with these days? The WW app? Something else? I thought about signing up for LoseIt Premium for their $29.99 special yesterday but talked myself out of it because I KNOW myself and calorie counting. I just want a free WW app. LOL Check out my entitlement.

Good morning! We finally have a break in our weather in Houston. It was 82 yesterday but today will be milder, only 70. The humidity is a lot less too. I wake up in the night because I'm hot! Strange December weather!
I'm going to the gym this morning. Then, I'm meeting a friend at Panera's later for lunch. I really need to lose these 2 pesky pounds before weigh in next week. It takes so much effort to lose it but it jumps on so easily! GRRRR!
Have a great day.

Good Thursday to all. Raining here in VA and rained all night. Makes for a cozy indoor day for the morning at least. Since I am off and planned for a free time for me weekend I am enjoying it. Sipping coffee and puttering.
WI showed a loss today which made me happy after the major puff weekend. I am still feeling like I am retaining water even with all the water I drink so I feel good to see the scale going downward this morning.
Sending healing vibes to those under the weather.

Raw honey will not only ease the tickle but also help your immune system. Pat – Hope you get a handle on it soon. I can’t keep anything in the house. Enjoy your day Cherry Feel better 100 Enjoy your projects Kathy River – When I can, I double track on WW and MFP, but always in MFP so I can track sodium I’m with you Linda. I have 2 I need gone by next Wednesday. Great job on the WI Beth! Deb – Reminds me of an old joke – women only need 2 tools – duct tape and WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn’t duct tape it. If it should move and it doesn’t, WD-40 It's very quiet at work today. Working on some very boring spreadsheets. But I will be glad they are prepped once summer madness hits.
