Hope everyone feels better and that we all find our way back to good eating habits!!!!!!!!!!!!! Easy clinic day. Getting mani/pedi tonight for the big weekend. Leftover ham and green beans in the crock pot!

I'm IN.
I've been up since 4:40 AM (NO idea why) and out of bed since 5 (no point rolling around).
I'm using the DayJob general lull (except for an occasional doozy) to do Cinderella tasks - one perk of working in a homeOffice. Must remember to start the pork roast so it's ready when we are, for dinner.

Slept in. This afternoon meeting up with family to celebrate my sister's b-day. We're going to a movie and out to dinner. Lots of birthdays this week. SeveralSeversl nieces and nephews as well as a brother and sister in law. I have a plan for dinner and will get some walking in. Keep smiling everyone.

SulliCat-Sorry to hear your not feeling well. Tea with raw honey is great. Of course I add extra point by adding a shot of whiskey to mine, but I swear it really is medicinal! You will never sleep so well in your life!
I still like tracking by paper. I've tried to phone app multiple times, but I just can't do it. I made my own paper tracker based on some of the old WW trackers, I included little icons for the old GHG's that I can check off. I printed it out, took it to Staples, they made it a 1/2 sheet size and prints about 3 months (but it's back to back so it might really be 6 months) and put a simple clear cover on for $17! It's black and white, the color was version was $75!
I used some pretty paper and washi tape and decorated it. It really works for me. If you want to send me your E-mail, I'll be glad to E-mail you a copy that you can tweak to your liking if you want a paper copy.

Not sure if your tracking was for me. I was always a paper tracker on WW & used a small notebook so I could write notes to myself as well. When I'm being mindful I count calories & track on LoseIt. I like what you did at Staples, very creative.

Linda, they were excellent. I did 4 lbs and it was the only "sold out " item on the buffet table! My niece & sill thought they were even better sitting for a day...or maybe it was a little extra bacon & balsamic glaze. I fear I'll be making these now for every occasion!
