Sunday 10/1 50 minutes walking before church in the cool morning air. Monday 10/2 50 minutes walking early this morning just to get it done. Tuesday 10/3 50 minutes walking the neighborhood and walked a new route. It's nice to change it up periodically. Wednesday 10/4 50 minutes on nice walk in the neighborhood. Thursday10/5 50 minutes walking another new route and seeing some flowers I've never seen before. Fun! Friday10/6 50 minutes in two walks because it was misting early this morning and I had no hat or umbrella. Got the rest before lunch. Saturday 10/7 50 minutes early this morning and I needed an extra layer as it was 54 when I opened the front door.

Sunday Steps & Yoga - 11,374---winter coat weather all day today. Monday Steps & Yoga - 7,789 --paper work interfered with my happy stepping. Drats! Tuesday Steps & Yoga - 9,367 Wednesday Steps & Yoga - 11,905 Thursday Steps & Yoga - 13,916 & Yoga--had to change the time for Yoga as I kept being to tired after dinner to get it done. Sunday 10/8 50 minutes walking the neighborhood just as the sun came up. Beautiful Sunday Sunrise. Monday 10/9 50 minutes early again just to get it done. Master Bath remodel part 2 in process. The first team didn't do what we thought we were getting . DH is on it this time making sure they do what we are expecting. Sub contractors are different! Tuesday 10/10 50 minutes early again watching the sun come up. Subs back for day two. Praying they finish today. Wednesday 10/11 50 minutes walking early. And the workers finished bathroom in the Master and it's now fabulous. We can shower there Friday. Can't wait. Thursday10/12 50 minutes walking the route. Friday10/13 50 minutes Friday the 13th I got out early and got it done. I saw Lake Granbury on my walk down the hill. Saturday 10/14 50 minutes walking just before the sun came up. See you next week.

---> Sunday Steps & Yoga - 12,419 & Y--Lots of my steps each week are from ranch hand choring. Fall raking is coming my way. Monday Steps & Yoga - 9,144 & Y. As predicted this afternoon the wind blew two huge contractor bags pf needles from one of the pine trees. It has started..... Tuesday Steps & Yoga - 8,725 & Y. Errand day for me including three appointments so I am surprised I got as many steps as I did. Wednesday Steps & Yoga - 10,198 Thursday Steps & Yoga - 9,027 Sally, Hooray!!! Friday Steps & Yoga - 9,952 Saturday Steps & Yoga -7,215, Sunday 10,043, Monday Done, Tuesday 9,542 & Yoga, Wednesday 7.277 Steps due to a wonky knee and Yoga, Thursday Done, Friday 15,542 functional fitness steps, Saturday 9,282. Sunday 10/15 50 minutes walking before church. PS the shower Sunday morning in our new shower was awesome. ) Monday 10/16 50 minutes walking and it was a bit chilly this morning but I powered through and got it done early.j Tuesday 10/17 50 minutes walking the neighborhood a little later than normal but got it done. Wednesday 10/18 50 minutes walking the neighborhood. Thursday 10/19 50 minutes walking a different route in the neighborhood. Friday 10/20 50 minutes walking the old route in the neighborhood. Sunday 10/22 50 minutes before church. Monday 10/23 50 minutes a bit later because of the rain. Tuesday 10/24 50 minutes walking the neighborhood. Wednesday 10/25 50 minutes walking the neighborhood before DH's dermo appt. Thursday 10/26 Out of commission. I fought the Huge plastic garbage can and lost after the Dermo appt. Spent 5 plus hour at the Granbury ER and finally was transferred to a Rehab hospital in Fort Worth. 3 fractured bones in my pelvis, No cast. Rehabbing in Fort Worth. Friday 10/27 PT and patient assessment. Looks like I'll be here until at least Tuesday. Praying I can go home then. DH's has come to visit both days. SIDE LINED until I can walk without a walker. Saturday 10/28

Thanks for you prayers Michelle. DH was here Thursday and Friday. He sent my sister and nieces up today to visit so he could stay home with the dog. PT is hard but I'm doing it so I can get out of here. I aked to drop the Psych. stuff because I didn't hit my head or loose consciousness.I'm this way normally. One gal says, here are three thing you must remember then proceeds to go down a rabbit hole for 5 minutes and then asked what were the three things I was to remember. I finally semi, I don't remember them because they have no importance for me and that's how I roll. I there is something I need to remember, I write it down or put it in my notes. I have not microchip space left in my brain. I spoke with the gal in charge of my stay here and she said she would take care of it. Life can get crazy when a trash can takes you down.

Sally, So much gabbing by these nurse type ladies--it boggles the mind. Sending lots of prayers your way for a VERY speedy exit from there and a very fast recovery!
