Sorry I can't really give you meal ideas. But I want to let you know that there's an app that's free that has many of the old WW plans. The app is called Healthi. The names of the plans are different from what WW called them, but the plans are really the same. For example, the old WW plan called Points Plus is on Healthi as Carb Conscious. And the old WW blue plan is on there too, I think it's called Sugar Smart. Some of us on this board use Healthi.

Also, there's a book that some of have used that really helps with the kind of thinking that leads to overeating - like how to cope with the feeling that food is for comfort. The book is by Judith Beck. There's a group on here that goes through the book together 4 times a year.
