Hi everyone, I am new here to the forums. I am not currently a weight watchers member due to financial constraints, but I thought I might receive some support here.
I am approximately 150 pounds overweight and still climbing. I had gastric sleeve, failed. I have been on numerous diets, all a fail.
I am very limited to what kind of exercise I can participate in due to severe bone on bone osteoarthritis in both knees. Orthopedist has said no weight bearing exercise such as walking.
I am not a binge eater. I just love to eat and do so a lot. Food is my source of comfort and my best friend.
Please if anyone would give me meal ideas I would appreciate.
Thank you all so much and I look forward to our journeys together.

Welcome Are there any foods you don't like or won't eat? Allergies? Things like that? Make sure to check out the recipe and food finds area for some great ideas, too

momof4, Welcome to these boards! Sorry I can't really give you meal ideas. But I want to let you know that there's an app that's free that has many of the old WW plans. The app is called Healthi. The names of the plans are different from what WW called them, but the plans are really the same. For example, the old WW plan called Points Plus is on Healthi as Carb Conscious. And the old WW blue plan is on there too, I think it's called Sugar Smart. Some of us on this board use Healthi. Also, there's a book that some of have used that really helps with the kind of thinking that leads to overeating - like how to cope with the feeling that food is for comfort. The book is by Judith Beck. There's a group on here that goes through the book together 4 times a year.
