We are all born in 1953 and are at different stages in our WW journey. This is a safe place to come and vent, celebrate or just toot our own horns. We get together every day so pull up a chair and join in the fun and fellowship. We're glad you're here!

Good morning ladies.
I'm skipping my meeting today and I probably won't be attending any meeting until after the final cataract surgery which will be on the 18th of January. I do plan to weigh myself here and record it on etools.
I got the results back from the Xray and no arthritis or any other problems so it's not skeletal. That's good. It's actually feeling quite a bit better now....just feels like it's bruised. I thought I might have done some harm to it yesterday since I was out for around 2 hrs but it seems to be doing fine. As soon as I got home from Walmart and the dentist, I iced it and took some ibuprofen (it was starting to hurt again) and 30 minutes later it was back to hardly any pain. I really think the problem was tendonitis or bursitis.
The dr noted that my leg was very swollen (probably caused by my lymphedema) and he wants me to see a podiatrist so I made the appointment. Hopefully the pain will be completely resolved by the time I see him but I thought it was a good idea anyway. I haven't seen a podiatrist for several years and it wouldn't hurt.
Tonight Maya is coming over for a sleepover and I'll take her home tomorrow afternoon. I'll take it easy but I'm sure we'll manage to have fun. I have some games here that she loves to play so that's what we'll be doing this afternoon.
What are you doing today?

Good morning, everyone!
I finished sewing 2 pairs of pants and a pair of shorts yesterday.
I have a job interview (by phone) scheduled at noon today.
Have a great day! Joan

Good Morning,
The sun is out shining and the frost is melting. We are in the low 60's today.
Not doing a lot today. I do need to go to Trader Joes to get a few things. We decided not to do anything on News Years Eve this year. I might go to visit my friend and take her some banana bread I made.
Vicki, Glad your ankle is feeling better. Have fun with Maya.
Joan, Hope your interview goes well.
Have a good OP day.
