Temporarily sidelined with a virus.
Saturday - 8,876 & Yoga Sunday - 11,103 Steps. Lots of raking lately.

Sidelined since the garbage can attacked me and threw me to the ground in the fight. At least that's the way my husband tells the story of my fall which ended in three broken bones in my pelvis, bruises and scrapes discovered in the ER 10/25 after my fall and then transported to Encompass Health Rehab in Fort Worth. I had popped out of our car after the garbage guys left the big plastic can in the driveway so I said I'd move it. Walking with a walker and doing really well. DH brought me home 11/3 after I was discharged and passed off to home health for the rest of my physical theaarpy. As soon as I can I will be out walking the hills here at home but not sure when that will be. I'll check in daily to see how you are doing Michelle. Our church has been bringing food every night which is good because dh doesn't cook.

Hi im new here my name is Denise i'm not sure how to post. But here goes did 30 mins on exercise bike yesterday. Today i'll do 30 mins on my cubii my mini eliptical bike.Hope you get better soon Michelle .

Welcome MoonRiver. However you want to track your activity that's how you post. I'm going to post my PT for today: 30 minutes with Loy, my Physical Therapist today. And we voted and I stood for 30 minutes waiting to get that done. Tuesday-60 minutes of PT and standing. Wednesday 50 minutes of PT here and at my GP's office. Thursday 50 PT with Mari and then walking the long walk from the front door to the back door a few times. Friday Oh so sore this morning. May have done a bit too much PT (Physical Therapy) when I kept walking later yesterday. I'll just do my PT from the chair today. Saturday

Tuesday - 7,363 Errand running steps. Can't get much more since much time is spent driving on days like today.

Friday 9,890 steps--more intense raking (4 hours). Today it was pine needles. There a number of very large pine trees and these pesky pine needles must be cleaned up ASAP since they are a wildfire hazard. Trying to beat the snow.
