Nice going, Molly. I have to keep doing it or I forget the steps. Even with the profile stuff. My brain is turning to sawdust.

Good afternoon Jolly Ladies!!! well I decided this morning that I would start eating healthy today!!! We are out of sweets and junk food so today is a GREAT day to start!! Ted also was going to the store for our weekly shopping this morning. So I made the List with healthy food!!! Oh Cat, can I change my name for January to Moving Around More Peggysue, Mo. I'm going to start today with 3 ten minutes of walking and see how I do. I'll start slow the first week and see if I can do it. Its 46° outside now but it sure is windy but the sun is shining bright here today!!!! I'm going to eat lunch and then do my first walk. I'll let You all know how I did. I did work on my walk in closet this morning and made some progress!!! I also made myself get on the scale. I Won't tell you all how much of my wt. I have gained back since last spring. I'll just say I have a lot of work to do to Get back down there. I had planed to go to WW this morning for a meeting and see what the new program is like for this year. But I over slept so I just weighed myself here. I'll plan on going next week for sure. I'll just do the old plan this week because I like the old plan. I only have one week left in my weekly planner so I will need to go next week and buy a new one. The only way I Will stick to this is if I go to WW and weigh in every week And go to a meeting and let you all know how I'm doing. BBL SANTA'S HELPER Peggysue.

Could someone repeat the picture directions. I keep trying but can't seem to get it to work . Maybe it just won 't work with a chrome book.
Made the chicken & dumplings for DD this morning. They all like it so I made plenty. Only one meal left, stuffed pasta shells. Seems like I dirty every pan I have when I make that.
DH decided about 11 that we should go get the car serviced so we did that and then stopped at Pet Co to get the necessary things for when we get our puppy tomorrow. I think we've almost agreed on a name for him.
Found out after I got done folding laundry that we're meeting friends for supper. Really would rather just stay at home but guess the plans have been made.
Not much else happening here. Another fairly nice day. Temps in the 30's which is good for us here.

Returning to the duster I've been making for Mom for the past two years -- I started on it again today. Had to sew the name-tags in Dad's T-shirts that I got him for Christmas, so I was in the sewing room, and there was that duster taunting me. Anyway, I worked really hard to make it sturdy, so the corners of the pockets are reinforced with iron-on tape. Well . . . I noticed that one corner needed tacking a bit, so I got my needle and thread and started working on it . . . here is a photo of how my needle turned out! LOL!
Peggy, check out the posts above mine for help in posting a photo. I'm reposting the directions for adding a photo that Lucy provided along with my notes below.
Lucy’s Directions: Molly to insert a picture on this page it has to be uploaded to the internet like Facebook. Click on that picture [this was the part I was leaving out] and open it in another window--[right-click I think and pull down to select "Copy Image Address"] to copy the location. I double check it by then opening it from that saved link in another window. Next click on the picture icon above, 3rd from left. Get rid of the http// or you will have 2 and it won't work. Paste the link. Don't forget to click insert image.
My notes (I use a Mac Book Pro in which Right+click = Control+click): • Using iPhoto, crop the photo you plan to use before placing it in Facebook. • Load the photo into Facebook Photos. • Click on the photo in Facebook. A new window should appear with the photo surrounded in black. • Control > Click on the photo and select Copy Image Address • Go to an Internet search window and paste the address into the address space. Click enter and see that the photo appears, then, close this window. (The copied address of the photo should still be held in your computer's memory.) • Go to ProBoard, log in, and open a message area. Click on the tiny picture logo from the menu at the top of the message area. • Delete the "http://" that is already in the address window. • Paste the address of the photo in the address window. • Click “Insert Image” at the bottom. The photo should appear within the message window.

Oops! That was Bettyj who wanted the directions, not Peggy. Sorry for the error -- and apologies for the long post above. I tried to go back and edit it, but ProBoards was having none of it. --Molly

I checked and Lucy had started the page so I continued with what I was doing which was trying to do something with my hair. I think I got it presentable for the day. My DGS#1 came and picked me up and we went to lunch. I wanted to spend some time with his fiance and get to know her a little better. I didn't want to bombard her with questions but just asked her what she wanted Grandma's to wear to the wedding in June. She talked quite a bit after that and I feel like I know her a little better. they are leaving Tomorrow for N. Carolina if the weather is decent in the morning. we are to get some more snow. Today it was in the high 30° so it was a bit slushy and nasty out. The road spray from the big trucks is really awful. Bet DGS used all his windshield washer fluid up. We had good lunch and they liked the place I picked. nice to be able to take them to the places that are new to them.
tomorrow is a quiet day and then on Saturday, my DD#2 is going to pick me up and we are going to DGS#2's apartment. They are fixing dinner for us and my DGD#2 and DGSIL. we are going to hve their Christmas as they didn't come home for Christmas. the 2 couples will celebrate New Years Eve at the apartment but we are coming home. Okay by me, I will take all my Christmas stuff down on New Year's Day. I love that chex cereal mix and mine is almost gone. Not sure If I am going to grocery store tomorrow or just wait. I am sure I have enough stuff in freezer. Know there is a lot of frozen veggies.
Every one sounds busy and Hope you feel better soon, Lucy. know those Antibiotics can do a number on the tummy and make things taste nasty.
I am off to see what is on TV tonight and do need to make a call to Florida.
I need to take an ADVIL. My shoulders are aching. Ever since I lifted those heavy boxes to wrap they have been a bit achy now and then.

Cat, PeggySue changed her Jan Name. Moving Around More, Peggysue, MO
Thanks for asking how I feel all you ladies. I am much better. Was able to get out and go to the grocery store in comfort. Still some burning but nothing like before. Should be fine Friday.
Connie, I will not be starting the thread Saturday unless for some reason I can't leave tomorrow.
Cat how does this look to go with the 2 lb gone challenge?

Interesting. Before I logged in I was reading through the posts, and the photo of the needle wasn't there. Then, after logging in, it was there again. How odd!

That looks good, Lucy. Wow, what a list. Bread is my challenge.
Had a terrible fish cake at lunch. It was catfish and Krab but it just seemed to be dressing. I soaked it with my lemon juice but could only eat half of it.
Now my tummy is upset so I need to lie down for a bit.
Sleep well, Jollies.

Cat, feel better soon. I don't want to give up my Sunday burger. They only use white bread. I don't get the fries or carbonated drink. Drinking cranberry juice for a few days but by 2nd I should be able to skip that.
Molly, the needle was not there earlier for me either.
Good Night. Gotta take my antibio and read. Jenny and Cat, maybe Pat, will be here later.
