luvvinlife, WTG! A new decade? Wednesday, December 6: 121.8 - down 0.6 lb. I've been eating my vegetables. Also, dinner out tonight, tasting menu with wine pairing. I'm not going to fuss about the cals. These things usually involve tiny portions anyway.

This is an old WW story about monthly Lifetime weigh-in and the Christmas season. I was at a January meeting and there were just a few people, and we were hanging around talking to the leader and receptionist. They mentioned how busy the Saturday meeting was going to be because it was the last meeting in January. What they told me was the Lifetimers would weigh in as early as they could in December, relax being on plan over the holidays then lose the gained weight by the time they weighed in at the end of January. I didn't think that was a good idea because you don't always get the motivation to lose the gained weight. I've known people that do this monthly, weigh in early in the month, eat as they please, then the last 10 days of the month lose any weight they gain. Again, one of these times you're not going to get your mojo working.

Thursday, December 7: Wasn't able to weigh until this afternoon as we spent the night at a hotel. But I was 122.8 after coffee, water, breakfast. Which is up 1 lb. and probably artificially low due to drinking.
The dinner itself was not that much of a calorie-rama, but the girls (23 and 35) wanted to go out clubbing after and we didn't get back to our rooms till about 2AM. Needless to say, there was after dinner drinking. Man, am I tired today.
