I'm up .5 pounds since last Sunday morning. Last Sunday morning we a little bit unusually low.

Do you make your own sausage? Yum! Now you know how the sausage is made. Sunday, December 3: 121 - down 0.4 lb. Down 2.2 lbs. from last Sunday. A late night and a lot of activity (and fiber) explains today. Overnight in The City (San Francisco) Wednesday. 2 star Michelin restaurant with tasting menu and wine pairing should result in some gains. Other events coming up all month involving eating/drinking so I'm OK with being this low right this minute.

12/4 = 163.6
Last night I reset my app to "maintain weight" rather than lose, saw the points and calories rise, and breathed a sigh of relief. I don't have to EAT all the points and calories, plan to save some for events, and will see where I am on January first. Down a pound this morning.

Monday, December 4: 122.2 - up 1.2 lbs. People over again last night, to firm up our tours we will take when we are in Maui in May. They were supposed to come over for an hour or so in the afternoon. Something came up and they couldn't make it until 6. Of course, we had to have - what else? - pizza and wine. And baked goods courtesy of Mr. Lani. This is getting out of hand! Hence, the gain. At least when the first bottle of wine was gone, I opened a half bottle next. Saved all of our bacon. The other couple have to go to work this morning.

Seems "maintenance" is a good idea for me. I hit the 25/25 points eaten and was under 1200 calories on Healthi's Conquer Cravings option and felt good and not hungry and have points/calories saved for the cookie tasting and mulled wine event on Thursday
