I exercised five days this week. I do stairs, squats, pushups, planks, and the bird dog.

Not much...perhaps some walking while shopping and also balancing since I purchased booties with higher heels than I usually wear

Another review over! I wonder how many you have led, bbbearsmom,? Exercise: Body weight strength, flexibility and balance exercises - every day !/2 hour walk with hand wts. - 2 days Mini-trampoline - 1 day Counting vacuuming, and other strenuous housework

I skipped Thurs/Fri due to needing a rest day and being busy. I don't remember Sunday and I don't have my phone hear to check. But I exercised Mon-Wed and Sat for sure.

2 warm up rows, 3 Strength training w stretching, 2 walks, 1 spin. Moved every day except 1.
